We’ve Secured Land for Affordable Housing Development

Affordable Housing First Corp is proud to announce an important milestone in our mission to provide truly affordable housing in Nassau County.

Two parcels of land have been secured and are ready for development: 4 acres at Pages Dairy Road, Yulee, FL and 10 acres at Britt Lynn Lane, Yulee, FL. These properties will serve as the foundation for affordable housing projects designed for local renters earning less than 80 percent of Nassau County’s Area Median Income (AMI). Rents will be set at 30 percent of household income, ensuring these homes remain accessible and affordable for working families.
