Founders’ Vision

Current Projects
10-Acre Site – Tiny Home Village We’ve purchased 10 acres and are preparing infrastructure for a 78-unit Tiny Home Village of affordable rentals. These homes will provide safe, attractive housing designed for working families.
4-Acre Site – Future Development Our second land purchase ensures we can continue building beyond our first village, with more affordable rental housing projects already in planning.
