Members of Affordable Housing First Corp (AHFC) recently participated in the 38th Annual Florida Housing Coalition Conference held at the Rosen Centre in Orlando. The event brought together housing advocates, community leaders, developers, and policy makers from across the state to share insights, strategies, and best practices for addressing Florida’s growing need for affordable housing.
As part of its ongoing commitment to creating innovative housing solutions, AHFC has engaged Florida Housing as consultants for the development of its 78-unit Tiny Home Village. This project, which is currently in the design and planning phase, will provide safe, high-quality, and affordable housing options tailored to the needs of Nassau County’s workforce.
The Tiny Home Village will represent a forward-thinking approach to housing, offering residents a strong sense of community while addressing critical affordability challenges. AHFC is excited to move this project forward with the support of Florida Housing and looks forward to sharing more updates as development progresses.
